As a student of the "U", Noel felt a strong desire to become a contributor to her campus community; therefore, she marched her proactive person into the student government offices and said, "Put me to work!" Noel currently serves as chair of the Government Relations board.

Spending five minutes around Noel makes your life seem a lot simpler. She is heavily involved in school and community and is highly committed to every task she undertakes. UIA is not an exception. Noel had this to say about the up-coming session, "I hope to aid UIA in becoming a credible and viable institution in the eyes of the Board of Regents, Legislators, and policy makers." With past successes under her belt, UIAers should plan to see results.

When asked to pinpoint her favorite ice cream she exclaimed, "It’s hard, I love ice cream!" Be assured that if green-mint ice cream was renamed "Alan Greenspan Glop" she would have a favorite. When she is not hitting the books Noel can be found outdoors hiking.
