| Each year, student leaders from each institution
assemble a delegation. Delegations range in size depending on the full-time student
population at each institution. For example, since Dixie College has 5,500 students, then
their delegation would consist of approximately six. The University of Utah however, with
an enrollment of 27,000 then their delegation would consist of fifteen. The Utah Intercollegiate Assembly has a delegate chair
from each school. This person is usually appointed by the student-body president and
serves for the term of one academic year. All interested individuals are encouraged to
talk to those individuals in your institutions student government. |
